Note: Tabtion is pre-launch. These terms are a starting point and will be updated before and after public release. By using the app during this early period, you acknowledge they may change.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Tabtion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Tabtion is a project and tab management tool. It is currently in early development. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.
3. Risk of Data Loss
Important: Tabtion is pre-launch software. There is a real risk of data loss. We do not guarantee the preservation of your files, projects, or any other content stored in the Service. Do not rely on Tabtion as your only copy of important work.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
5. Your Content
You own the content you create in Tabtion. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We will not sell or share your content with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any laws, infringe on others' rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
7. Paid Plans
Paid features are not yet available. When they are, additional terms regarding billing and cancellation will be added here and will apply to paid accounts.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabtion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
